The Clayton Library is having a special workshop on the Freedmen’s Bureau on Saturday, FEB 20, 2021.  This is a virtual workshop led by Shamele Jordan and Sharon Gillins.  There will be homework prior to the workshop and activities during the workshop. 

 

To attend this workshop, you MUST attend the morning session with Sharon Gillins.  She is presenting a deep dive into the Freedmen’s Bureau records and access to these records.  This presentation starts at 10:00am on the same day, Saturday, FEB., 20, 2021.
